COVID-19 Office Policies & Procedures
(as of 6/1/21)
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
Our office will email you with the following questionnaire (found here) beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
We are asking that all patients wear masks into the office, whether or not you are vaccinated.
When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and call the office at (781) 848-2422 to let us know that you are here.
Once we are ready for you, we will call you to come into the office waiting room. At this time, the waiting room will be closed for patients, visitors and guardians to sit and wait for their appointment.
Your hygienist or dental assistant will be reviewing your COVID-19 Questionnaire and also be taking your temperature.
Payments for dental procedures will be collected up front, prior to going back for your appointment.
We have hand sanitizer throughout the office to be used, as needed.
Your dentist, dental assistants and hygienists will be wearing extra personal protective equipment for the safety of themselves and our patients.
Patients will be exiting via a side exit door.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at (781) 848-2422.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.
Please fill out the questionnaire below prior to coming into the office.
